How to Request

Request Limits

There are no limits but please be sensible, I only have so much hard drive space. You can help by specifying which seasons of a show you want if its a show with lots of seasons.

Stuff I can’t get

• Shows that air daily (such as The Daily Show, Jeopardy, Talk Shows).
• Sports
• Anything not released to the public unless they are leaked. This pretty much just includes movies only screened at festivals and never put on streaming / home video. If you aren’t sure, request it anyway!

Requesting

Make requests using the !request command in the Matrix requests room, or in a private message with sukibot. The system will try to download requested movies/episodes automatically. It shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes but could take multiple days if the content isn’t very popular.

If the bot/web form isn’t working you can make requests as a normal message instead of using the bot command. You can also DM me requests on Matrix if you don’t want everyone to know you requested that game show about guessing if something is cake.

You can request a movie that isn’t out yet but it will not be added until a decent copy is available.

When will a request be added

If the download was started right away, you can monitor it in the Current Downloads page of the dashboard (coming soon). New adds are announced in the new-arrivals room but only once per hour. Content should show up within 5-10 minutes of finishing the download.
